Flux Factory Gala December 4th!
NYC REIC members! Please come out to support one of our potential project partners, Flux Factory. Flux will be honoring the NYC REIC alongside Queens Borough President Melinda Katz at their annual gala and auction on December 4th! The fabulousness will all happen at the LICA Gallery, located at 5-25 46th Avenue in Long Island City, starting at 7:00pm and going until 10:00pm. Buy Tickets HERE! Online bidding ends at 5pm on December 3rd, and will continue at our silent auction on December 4th. This year we are happy to announce that Kreung Cambodia will be catering, with beer provided by Arrowood Farms. Wine and cocktails will also be available.” BECOME A MEMBER We are working together to secure permanently affordable space for civic, cultural, and cooperative use in NYC. We are incubating a NYC Real Estate Investment Cooperative (NYC REIC) that leverages the political power and patient investments of members to stabilize neighborhoods and build an inclusive, resilient city. The NYC REIC became a New York State Not for Profit Corporation. You can see our Certificate of Incorporation and current bylaws. There are four requirements for active membership in NYC REIC: 1. Reading and signing the member agreement 2. Contributing a membership fee of $10 3. Attending a quarterly All-Member NYC REIC meeting 4.
