This group is for people who are interested in Project Vetting. Models for financing will be developed based upon vacant municipal properties that we identify as well as private properties that community leaders bring to our attention. This workgroup will developing scenarios for the REIC as a landlord vs. as a lender, plus review and create proformas to compare investment vehicles for feasible projects.
